Krishna Engineering manufactures Rotary Die Cutting & Creasing Machine with chain feeding system. Machine can do slitting, creasing, slotting & corner cutting jobs in single stroke as per design rotary die fitted on machine roll. Machine adopts electric & hydraulic part combination control for safe and high production.
Main roll is made of high quality steel, thoroughly balanced and hard chrome plated. Soft coat automatic repair structure, could be repair 3-4 times, improve rubber mat work-life, Rubber roll sleeve is made of imported high quality, cutting time could be 8 million to 10 million time.
Upper soft roll adopts mechanical or hydraulic control horizontal micro-swing, swing area within 40 cm to relieve wear of wrap and not influence die cutting precision. Die-cutting plate face adopts planetary gear structure, 360 degree electric adjustment.
