Heavy Duty Paper Corrugating Machines are used to produce corrugated cardboard, which is used for packaging and other applications. They use a combination of heat and pressure to create the corrugated pattern on the cardboard. The process involves passing the cardboard through a series of rollers, which are heated to create the corrugated pattern. The cardboard is then cut to the desired size and shape. It is strong and lightweight, making it an ideal material for packaging and other applications. The provided Heavy Duty Paper Corrugating Machines can be availed by our clients at market leading price.
Cutting and Creasing is the initial process carried out in the manufacture of a corrugated box. It is simultaneously carried over this machine. Two pairs of shafts have creasing and cutting heads mounted on them which can be easily set as required. Depending upon the thickness of the board (3 ply, 5 ply, 7 ply, 9 ply, 11ply), separate creases are to be used. The sheets are piled on the feed table and fed through the machine by hand.
